What we keep, why, and what stays on your phone — in plain words.
Last updated: 24 Oct 2026
ITTOGs (ittog.app) is run by Deus AnalytixPro, based in Nigeria. Questions or requests about your information: deusanalytixpro@gmail.com.
Nickname, emoji and colour — so you show up in rooms and on the leaderboards. Also saved in your browser on this device so you don’t have to pick it every time.
Which game, the nicknames of who played, who won and when — for the leaderboards and the live numbers on /stats. ITTOGs Stack also keeps the stages you’ve cleared, and Wahala Run the cities you’ve cleared with your stars and best times.
The room code, the host’s nickname and, for booked game nights, the date and time — plus the nicknames of people who tapped “I’m in”.
The league’s name and code, the nicknames and emoji of its players, the groups and games, the times you suggest or agree, the nudges you send (“ready to play”) and the answers, the results and the table. A private key that proves it’s you stays on your phone — we keep only a scrambled copy of it.
Only if you turn them on: the address your browser gives us for sending a notification to this phone, and the keys that let only your browser read it — no name, number or email. We use it only to tell you when someone in your league nudges you or says yes. Your browser’s notification service (Google, Apple or Mozilla) carries the alert.
Your message, the tags you picked, the game, and your nickname if you were using a profile — so we can fix and build things. Progress is shown on /feedback-status without your name.
When you switch your camera on: the game, room code, browser type (e.g. “Chrome · Android”), connection type and whether the video worked — so we can fix video problems. No names, no pictures, no sound.
Chat messages and reactions go straight to the players in your room and are not saved. The “players online now” count uses a random code per tab, not your profile.
Video and voice only start when you tap 📷, and your browser asks your permission first. They pass through Cloudflare’s video service to the other players in your room and are never recorded or stored by us. The other players see your nickname.
Moments is off until you switch it on. It takes photos only from your own camera at big moments (a win, a checkmate, a last card). The photos stay in your browser on your phone and disappear when you close the game. Nothing is uploaded to us. You can make a Moments card and save or share it yourself — once you share it, the app you share it with (e.g. WhatsApp) has its own rules.
Supabase — our database and live room connections. Your information is stored in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
Cloudflare — carries live video and voice between players.
Vercel — serves the ittog.app pages (like any website host, it sees your device’s IP address when a page loads).
Google Fonts — provides the lettering; Google receives your device’s IP address when the page loads it.
YouTube — plays the in-game music; when music plays, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.
Sponsors — ads are just pictures and links. If you tap one you go to the sponsor’s site, which has its own rules. Sponsors never receive player information.
We use your browser’s storage (not cookies) to remember your profiles, your active profile, and small settings like which sponsor card you saw last. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies. Clearing your browser data removes these.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it (for example your profile and its results) — email deusanalytixpro@gmail.com with your nickname and the device/game you used. We’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we handled your information you can complain to the regulator: in Nigeria the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng); in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); elsewhere, your local data protection authority.
ITTOGs is for families and friends. Children under 13 should only play with a parent or guardian present, and it’s the parent or guardian who decides whether to switch on the camera, mic or Moments. All we need from a child is a nickname — no real names, please. If you think we hold a child’s information that should be removed, email deusanalytixpro@gmail.com and we’ll delete it.
If we change what we keep, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
